Damon Inc. (DMNIF) ("Damon" or the "Company"), a designer and developer of electric motorcycles and other personal mobility products that seek to empower the personal mobility sector through innovation, announced full technical specifications for its HyperSport Race ("HSR"), a track-focused electric motorcycle powered by the company's AI-enabled Damon I/O platform.
Designed for track use only and hand assembled with high-quality components, the HSR is expected to deliver exceptional handling and agility. It is engineered to be one of the most fulfilling high performance electric motorcycle in the world, made for riders who want Grand Prix levels of cornering, control, feedback.
To achieve this, the HSR focuses on aggressive weight reduction and compact geometry previously unseen in electrified motorcycles. With an all-up weight of just 155 kgs (340 lbs), thanks to carbon fiber rims, a single-piece cast aluminum frame, and new, ultra-compact battery module using the latest in liquid-cooled 400v architecture, HSR aims to set a new benchmark for light weight in the category.
With lightness comes the ability to stop and turn with exceptional agility, compared to other sport motorcycles in its class that are currently available on the market. Dual, full floating 320mm front disc brakes and monobloc calipers help inspire confidence in dynamic riding situations, while the Moto2 inspired chassis is capable of up to 50º of lean angle, allowing the HSR to maintain racing levels of corner speed.
Complimenting the mechanical package is a design that emphasizes aerodynamic efficiency and visual purity over the clutter and gimmicks of the past. Drag reduction devices and passive airflow management principles are integrated into the body design to allow riders to slip through the wind stream, increasing range and speed for no additional cost in energy.
Dominique Kwong, CEO of Damon commented, "These specifications showcase more than just impressive numbers, they demonstrate how advanced engineering and AI enablement can transform vehicles into connected, learning machines. Our 155-kilogram HyperSport Race is designed to demonstrate that high performance and intelligent systems aren't mutually exclusive. Through Damon I/O, we're also offering OEMs, fleets, and partners the same turnkey platform that powers these capabilities.
Mr. Kwong added, "This isn't about replacing gas with batteries; it's about evolving from mechanical transportation to intelligent systems. By seeking to license our technology and data services across the industry, we're positioning ourselves not just as an electric motorcycle company, but as a provider of the operating system for personal mobility's future."
